Daisy The Teacup Pomeranian

Daisy the Teacup Pomeranian is not a puppy she just looks like one.  She is 8 years old, just 4 pounds, and loves to run and play with her squirrel.  She tosses her squirrel in the air over and over and then settles into her bed to concentrate on chewing his eyes off.  The squirrel is amazing because its been though so much and it still survives her ripping and tugging at it.   Its at least 2 maybe 3 years old and it still has all of its body parts.  The squirrel is actually Dale the Chipmunk from Disney. Disney makes their toys so well that Daisy can chew and rip at it for years without it falling apart. Forget dog toys that fall apart in a couple days these things are awesome.

Daisy enjoys long walks on the beach and meeting other dogs and their people. She loves to go everywhere we go. She likes to walk around the neighborhood and usually she does about 1/2 to 1 mile of walking per day. She looks at us funny kinda like this picture if we try to take her further than about a mile. She will stop and just look at us like really?

Daisy will go out of her way to meet people when we she is out on a potty walk. She doddles and takes her time hoping that she will see another human being before we have to go back in.   Kinda reminds me of a little kid or a teenager.   I imagine that is because she loves lots of attention and she is used to visiting with lots of different people on a daily basis.

She was at one time a daily visitor for people that were very sick or in elderly homes and sometimes hospice. She is very good with children and adults of all ages.

Daisy does not understand it if you walk past her and you do not freak out. She stops or goes slow as if to try and make sure that she got your complete attention and that you did in fact notice her. She fully expects you to freak out and if you dont, I dont think she knows what to make of that. She is used to being a big deal and you should act accordingly.
